For Buyers
Click on the "Register" button in the navigation bar, select "Buyer" as your role, fill in your details, and submit. You'll be able to start shopping immediately after registration.
Browse products in the shop, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation with your order number.
Yes! You can add products from different sellers to your cart and place a single order. The order will be split among sellers for fulfillment, but you only need to checkout once.
Go to your Buyer Dashboard and click on "My Orders". You can view the status of each order (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered) in real-time.
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
For Sellers
Click "Register", select "Seller" as your role, provide your shop name and phone number along with other details. After registration, an admin will review and approve your account.
Seller accounts are typically reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours. You'll be able to access your seller dashboard once approved.
Once approved, go to your Seller Dashboard → My Products → Add Product. Fill in the product name, description, price, category, stock quantity, and upload an image. Products are reviewed by admin before going live.
Payments are processed after the buyer confirms delivery. Funds are typically transferred to your registered bank account within 3-5 business days after order completion.
Registration is free. We charge a small commission on each successful sale. The commission rate varies by category and is clearly displayed in your seller dashboard.
